Quality Books Inc. Under New Ownership

Quality Books Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the company to Rob Zimmers and an investment group. Dawson Holdings LLC., the previous owner, had held Quality Books Inc. since 1988. The sale was completed on June 29, 2007.

Mr. Zimmers has served Quality Books Inc. for thirty-two years in various capacities and brings professional insight into the ever-evolving library market. His goal is continuous improvement of QBI's product offerings and the personal service to customers for which Quality Books Inc. is known.

Mr. Zimmers possesses an in-depth knowledge of small and independent publishing houses and looks forward to supplying hard to find material to libraries in the United Sates and Canada. He will also continue to develop the electronic marketing capabilities of Quality Books Inc. that are required in today's ever-changing marketplace.
